Oudtshoorn, 21 May 2026: The National Director for The Pontifical Mission Societies in our Region, Fr Jerry Browne, is working on the 2027 Liturgical Calendar and needs your assistance in sourcing high quality photos for the publication.
SOME ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- The photos can reflect any aspect of parish or church life, creation, spirituality or an aspect of the missionary life of the church. Photographs need to be high resolution and must be in landscape format with a 4:6 ratio.
- If a photo features an image of a child or children, written consent from the parent or guardians must be obtained for both taking the photo and featuring it in the 2027 Pontifical Mission Societies Calendar. It is important to include your name and the name of your parish or religious community, and a brief description of where the photos were taken.
- Submit as many photos as you wish.
- Photos should be submitted by June 17th 2026 to director@missio-sacbc.org
Die Nasionale Direkteur van die Pouslike Sendinggenootskappe in ons Streek, Vader Jerry Browne, werk aan die 2027 Liturgiese Kalender en het jou hulp nodig om hoë kwaliteit foto’s vir dié publikasie te verkry.
BYKOMENDE INLIGTING
- Die foto’s kan enige aspek van parogie- of kerklewe, skepping, spiritualiteit of ’n aspek van die sendingslewe van die kerk weerspieël. Foto’s moet hoë resolusie wees en in landskapformaat met ’n 4:6-verhouding.
- Indien ’n foto ’n beeld van ’n kind of kinders bevat, moet skriftelike toestemming van die ouer(s) of voogde verkry word vir beide die neem van die foto en die gebruik daarvan in die 2027 Pauslike Sendinggenootskappe Kalender. Dit is belangrik om jou naam en die naam van jou parogie of religieuse gemeenskap, asook ’n kort beskrywing van waar die foto’s geneem is, in te sluit.
- Jy kan soveel foto’s indien as wat jy wil.
- Foto’s moet teen 17 Junie 2026 ingedien word aan die direkteur by director@missio-sacbc.org.
